Tattnall County is a county located in the state of Georgia. As of 2000, the population is 22,305. The county's county seat is Reidsville, Georgia6.
Geography
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 1,264 km² (488 mi²). 1,253 km² (484 mi²) of it is land and 12 km² (5 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 0.93% water.

The racial makeup of the county is 60.51% White, 31.43% Black or African American, 0.14% Native American, 0.29% Asian, 0.08% Pacific Islander, 6.64% from other races, and 0.92% from two or more races. 8.44% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
