Basingstoke and Deane is a local government district and borough in Hampshire, England. Its main town is Basingstoke. Other settlements include Bramley, Tadley, Kingsclere, Oakley and Whitchurch.
The borough was formed on April 1, 1974 by the merger of the borough Basingstoke, Basingstoke Rural District and Kingsclere and Whitcurch Rural District.
