Marshall County is a county located in the state of Indiana. As of 2000, the population is 45,128. The county's county seat is Plymouth, Indiana6.
Geography
According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 1,165 km² (450 mi²). 1,151 km² (444 mi²) of it is land and 15 km² (6 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 1.26% water.

The racial makeup of the county is 95.53% White, 0.30% Black or African American, 0.30% Native American, 0.31% Asian, 0.02% Pacific Islander, 2.54% from other races, and 1.01% from two or more races. 5.90% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
