Clark County is a county located in the state of Missouri. As of 2000, the population is 7,416. Its county seat is Kahoka6. The county was named in honor of George Clark, a leader of the Lewis and Clark Expedition and governor of the Missouri Territory.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 1,326 km² (512 mi²). 1,314 km² (507 mi²) of it is land and 12 km² (5 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 0.90% water.
