List of stable isotopes
|
A stable isotope is a form of an element which is not radioactive.
All elements from hydrogen to lead come in both stable and unstable forms (with the exceptions of technetium, tungsten and promethium). All elements heavier than lead, beginning with bismuth, are only found in radioactive isotopes. Note that tungsten and bismuth do have isotopes which are very slightly radioactive; these have been excluded from this list, which strictly limits to entirely stable entities.
