Those who thank God much are the truly wealthy. So our inner happiness depends not on what we experience but on the degree of our gratitude to God, whatever the experience. - Albert Schweitzer

Here are some tasks you can do:

Template:Project missing articles Hello!

Fossils are my main interest, especially trilobites and ammonites, as well as Plants and anything to do with Biology.

Among my many other areas of interest are religion/spirituality, psychology, mythology, history, world literature and philosophy. I'm also a rockhound and I love paleontology so I poke around science/geology articles quite a bit.

If I make any mistakes of any kind, please don't freak out or go ape: just contact me. If any of my changes need comment, please don't hesitate to contact me so we can discuss it. Reference

I agree to multi-license all my contributions, with the exception of my user pages, as described below: Template:DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual

Playing with pictures

To embed an image into a page, type where you want the picture. You can add various options separated with a "|" after the image name. For example, will automatically generate a right-aligned thumbnail of the image with a width of 180 pixels and the caption "A caption", and will produce a left-aligned full size version.

Quotes

Nothing is so difficult as not deceiving oneself. - Ludwig Wittgenstein

I'm going to tell you the theory and you'll think it's crazy; many of you won't want to believe it. But it doesn't matter if you like it or not, because it's the way it is. Nature doesn't care if you don't like the way she does things; they happen that way whether you like them or not." - Richard P. Feynman, Physics Nobelist, Author of Quantum Electro-Dynamics

Day by day we should weigh what we have granted to the spirit of the world against what we have denied to the spirit of Jesus, in thought and especially in deed. - Albert Schweitzer

Wer mit Ungeheuern kämpft, mag zusehn, dass er nicht dabei zum Ungeheuer wird. Und wenn du lange in einen Abgrund blickst, blickt der Abgrund auch in dich hinein. - Nietzsche, Ibid; Trans: "He who fights with monsters should see to it that he himself does not become a monster, and when you gaze long into the abyss, the abyss also gazes into you."

To study the Way is to study the self. To study the self is to forget the self. To forget the self is to be enlightened by all things. To be enlightened by all things is to remove the barriers between one's self and others. - Dogen Zenji

To shun all evil. To do good. To purify one's heart. This is the teaching of the Buddhas. --Dhammapada, XIV, 5
