Linate Airport is the city airport of Milan, Italy. Due to its vicinity to Milan, it is mainly used for domestic and short-haul international flights. Its name comes from the eponymous small town where it resides. Its real name is "Airport Enrico Forlanini", from the name of the Italian inventor and aereonautical pioneer born in Milan.
