Malvern Hills District 1974-1998 | |
Malvern Hills is a local government district in Worcestershire, England. Its council is based in Malvern.
The Malvern Hills are a famous beauty spot, with scenic views over the counties of Herefordshire and Worcestershire and includes much of the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The current local government district was formed on April 1, 1998 by the merger of part of the 1974 districts of Malvern Hills and Leominster. The remainder of these districts went to Herefordshire.
