Fræna is a municipality in the county ("fylke") of Møre og Romsdal, Norway.
The main village and administrative centre in Fræna is Elnesvågen with 2,035 inhabitants as of January 1, 1999.
Other villages are Bud (712 inh.), Malme/Malmefjorden (404), Tornes (388) and Sylte (225).
The Fræna municipality today is the resulting 1960 fusion of the earlier municipalities Bud, Fræna and Hustad.
