Major General Sir Winston Joseph Dugan GCMB CB DSO (1877 - 1951) was a British administrator. He served as Governor of South Australia from 1934 to 1939 then Governor of Victoria until 1963, acting as governor-general of Australia from late 1944 to early 1945, and again in 1947.
