User talk:Branddobbe/Graveyard

Welcome to the graveyard.

Hello Eric, welcome to Wikipedia. Good work on Vista, California. It's nice to see that updated by a human as it was originally entered by a robot! Here are some useful links in case you haven't already found them;

If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian!

Yes, you are doing it right! About making the change so soon- you'll find that quite often happens. Lots of people just watch recent changes to find new things to edit so changes, possibly by more than one person, can occur within seconds. There isn't much that goes through unnoticed! Sorry about spelling your name wrong before. :) Angela 04:25, Oct 5, 2003 (UTC)

LOOK d00d I DID SOMETHING. :-P -flyingcats

Good job! Now do a user page. -Branddobbe

Sary Sary, quite contrary. -Branddobbe

Hi, is there any particular reason why you change the stubnotes to the "msg:" format? Just wondering. --snoyes 07:13, 13 Jan 2004 (UTC)

Hey, Morris. Yeah, I just got an account a few days ago. I'm doing all right, aside from a little sickness. How's it going with you? -- Djinn112 03:10, Jan 23, 2004 (UTC)

I fear I may disrupt the classic 5-Act Shakespearean nature of your page by commenting. Anyway, you're on my watchlist because you fixed some typos on a Star Trek page I made. Thanks.

Oops. Well, it's okay now; I put an article up at Mike Doughty, so it works all right. -- Djinn112 23:13, Feb 1, 2004 (UTC)

The official part of the Deletion policy doesn't say there is a limit on who can vote. The proposed part of the policy says "A user's votes will be considered valid if that user has been registered at least one week before the listing, and has at least 25 non-minor article edits logged". Personally, I accept all votes if they appear to be made in good faith - ie - they don't seem to be new accounts created for the purpose of StuffingTheBallotBox. Angela. 20:10, Feb 3, 2004 (UTC)

I've rewritten the introduction to List of English words with frequent misuse, I believe that the article is now NPOV enough for wikipedia, and it is a useful resource. Please spare its pitiful life! fabiform | talk 07:41, 5 Feb 2004 (UTC)

Sniff. Did you read my beautiful examples of how to use the verbs lay and lie? Such artistry! So you don't think that the new introduction is better? All it really claims is that if you write any of the "incorrect" phrases in an essay you'll get it marked as wrong (which I believe is true). It clearly points out that language evolves. I thought the introduction was fair and balanced. But I wont nag you any further. Sniff. fabiform | talk 08:09, 5 Feb 2004 (UTC)

What????

On the Greg the Bunny talkpage, you said just that. Why???? -- user:zanimum

On Talk:Dan Savage, I assume from your "What" that you are confused on "Keenan Hollohan". I've explained there. -- Jmabel 23:04, 16 Feb 2004 (UTC)

It's not on my watchlist, but I do look at it often. It seems to me that we have some common interests, and I've found a lot of articles interesting to me from your Contributions page. -- Djinn112 01:55, Feb 17, 2004 (UTC)

Hello, why do you put in two versions of your images. The syntax [[image:bla.jpg|thumb|Text]] allows you to automatically generate a smaller image version (width:180px) and [[image:bla.jpg|thumb|300px|Text]] allows you to generate one with a width of 300px. And, what is good in Aurich, Lower Saxony? :-) Stern 18:00, 22 Feb 2004 (UTC)

Ack ack! Another disruption!

Anyway, I quite like the table you've set up on the individual Star Trek episode pages. My question on the talk page was just one of curiosity. People have created simple messages that can be cut and pasted onto "collective" pages like episode lists. For example, the bottom of the 2001: A Space Odyssey article features a table created by the simple code {{msg:spaceodyssey}}. Some of these messages are listed at Wikipedia:MediaWiki_custom_elements. I'm not quite sure how this is done, but I think it might be useful for the List of Star Trek TNG episodes.

Hi Branddobbe - I've put a notice on the Requests for protection, and I'm trying to locate a sysop in the meantime to freeze the page. Annoying, isn't it? And it's not like it's even a new issue. -- Kwekubo 00:30, 13 Mar 2004 (UTC)

Nope, not right now. I reinstalled my OS a few months ago and haven't downloaded it again yet. I'll probably get it tonight or tomorrow. -- Djinn112 05:02, Mar 14, 2004 (UTC)

Now I do. I found an AIM client that I think I like (pork (http://dev.ojnk.net/)), but I'm still learning how to use it. -- Djinn112 00:43, Mar 15, 2004 (UTC)

Thanx for reminding me about Alexander. And thanx for writing the page on him. ShutterBugTrekker 22:22, 16 Mar 2004 (UTC)

Greetings. Your talk page is pretty sweet. Rock on, dude. -- Aeinome 20:25, Mar 27, 2004 (UTC)

Happy birthday, Eric. Also, is what's at ThingsWalkingOut.com the same as what was at Sorayume.net before you put the Neighborhood Watch picture up? I recognize some of the pictures, but the flow of it seems different. Anyway, I enjoyed it. -- Djinn112 22:17, Mar 27, 2004 (UTC)
