Upper Grand Lagoon is a census-designated place located in Bay County, Florida. As of the 2000 census, the CDP had a total population of 10,889.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 41.2 km² (15.9 mi²). 21.4 km² (8.2 mi²) of it is land and 19.9 km² (7.7 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 48.18% water.
Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 10,889 people, 4,615 households, and 3,032 families residing in the CDP. The population density is 509.6/km² (1,320.2/mi²). There are 5,733 housing units at an average density of 268.3/km² (695.1/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP is 93.66% White, 1.41% African American, 0.82% Native American, 1.63% Asian, 0.09% Pacific Islander, 0.68% from other races, and 1.70% from two or more races. 2.45% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 4,615 households out of which 29.3% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 52.2% are married couples living together, 9.7% have a female householder with no husband present, and 34.3% are non-families. 27.5% of all households are made up of individuals and 7.9% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.33 and the average family size is 2.83.
In the CDP the population is spread out with 22.7% under the age of 18, 7.2% from 18 to 24, 31.8% from 25 to 44, 25.4% from 45 to 64, and 12.8% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 39 years. For every 100 females there are 105.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 103.6 males.
