U.S. Highway 425

US 425 is an north-south United States highway. Its route number is a "violation" of the usual AASHTO numbering scheme, as it comes nowhere near its implied "parent", US 25.

Termini
As of 2005, the highway's northern terminus is in Pine Bluff, Arkansas at an interchange with I-530, US 63, US 65, and US 79. Until 2005, its southern terminus ws in Bastrop, Louisiana at an intersection with US 165. In 2005, it was extended to Natchez, MS at an intersection with US 61.

US 425 is really related to US 65 and US 165. It is hard to understand why this route wasn't instead numbered as "U.S. Highway 265", which would be more consistent with the traditional numbering plan of the US Highway System.
