Historic termini
- From 1932 to 1971, US 371 was the designation of a route contained entirely within Minnesota. From Bemidji, US 371 headed east, co-signed with U.S. Highway 2 for five miles (8 km). It turned south, and ended at an intersection with U.S. Highway 10 in Little Falls [1] (http://www.ajfroggie.com/roadpics/us-ends/us71.htm). This route is now designated as Minnesota State Highway 371.
- The current routing was established in 1994.
