The Tenka'ichi Budōkai (ja:天下一武道会, literally Strongest Under the Heavens Martial Arts Tournament), also known as the World Martial Arts Tournament, refers to an event in the fictional manga Dragon Ball/Dragon Ball Z, and anime Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT.
In all the Dragon Ball series there is a Tenkaichi Budōkai on Earth, Happening every 5 years (which later changes to every 3 years). The tournament features Earth's strongest fighters as well as the regular participation of the Z Fighters.
In the tournament, anyone who touches the outside of the ring, is knocked out for more than ten seconds or gives up, automatically loses. The tournament forbids weapons or protective gear. Hitting someone in the eyes or in the groin is also not allowed. The most important rules that killing the opponent is not allowed. Breaking any of these rules results in disqualification in the tournament.

- Muten-Rōshi (a.k.a. Kame Sennin, Master Roshi in the English anime) (as Jackie Chun)
22nd
- Tenshinhan - He won after destroying the ring, giving the first person to reach the ground an automatic ringout. (While both were powerless to stop themselves from falling, Goku was hit by a truck and, with the extra momentum it gave him, landed first.)
23rd
- Son Goku - After a spectacular defeat of Piccolo Jr.
24th
- Mr. Satan - (No Z Warriors took part in this Tournament.)
25th
- Mr. Satan - He managed to defeat #18 only by accepting her offer to pay her 20 million Zeni to lose on purpose.
Note: this is the only Tournament (as far as we know) to have a separate Junior Division, for fighters 16 and under. Son Goten and Chibi Trunks make it to the final round of this division, and Trunks defeats his younger friend.
28th
- Pan - Pan was only 4 years old when she won this tournament, making her the youngest ever entrant, and Champion.
