Pidgeot (Pigeot (ピジョット Pijotto) in the original Japanese) is a Stage 2 normal, flying-type Pokémon that evolves from Pidgeotto at level 36. Pidgeot has the ability to fly at speeds up to Mach 2; it also spreads its wings when trying to frighten its enemies, and has the ability to whip up a gusty windstorm with just a few flaps if necessary. Pidgeot often hunts Magikarp, which it grabs directly from the water in flight, using its sharp talons.
