Aurora is the Latin word for "dawn".
It can refer to:
- Aurora was the ancient Roman equivalent of Eos, the ancient Greek goddess of the dawn.
- Aurora, an optical phenomenon caused by electrically-charged solar wind particles bombarding the upper atmosphere of a planet in the presence of a magnetic field.
