Sierra Blanca is a census-designated place located in Hudspeth County, Texas, United States. As of the 2000 census, the CDP had a total population of 533. It is the county seat of Hudspeth CountyTemplate:GR.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 10.6 km² (4.1 mi²). 10.5 km² (4.1 mi²) of it is land and 0.1 km² (0.04 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 0.73% water.
Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 533 people, 184 households, and 126 families residing in the CDP. The population density is 50.6/km² (131.0/mi²). There are 227 housing units at an average density of 21.5/km² (55.8/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP is 87.99% White, 0.00% African American, 3.19% Native American, 0.19% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 5.07% from other races, and 3.56% from two or more races. 72.61% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 184 households out of which 40.2% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 52.2% are married couples living together, 13.0% have a female householder with no husband present, and 31.0% are non-families. 28.3% of all households are made up of individuals and 11.4% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.72 and the average family size is 3.31.
In the CDP the population is spread out with 29.8% under the age of 18, 11.8% from 18 to 24, 30.8% from 25 to 44, 18.4% from 45 to 64, and 9.2% who are 65 years of age or older.
