According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 27.9 km² (10.8 mi²). 21.3 km² (8.2 mi²) of it is land and 6.7 km² (2.6 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 23.91% water.
Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 1,393 people, 651 households, and 462 families residing in the CDP. The population density is 65.5/km² (169.7/mi²).
