Rick Bowness

Rick Bowness is a Canadian former National Hockey League leftwinger and currently interim head coach with the Phoenix Coyotes. He has played for the Atlanta Flames, Detroit Red Wings, St. Louis Blues and Winnipeg Jets and Central Hockey League, AHL and QMJHL teams. He has been a head coach for the Winnipeg Jets, Boston Bruins, Ottawa Senators, New York Islanders and Phoenix Coyotes. He was drafted by the Atlanta Flames in the 1975 NHL Entry Draft, Second Round, Twenty-sixth Overall.
