Randolph is a village located in Cattaraugus County, New York. As of the 2000 census, the village had a total population of 1,316.
The Village of Randolph was incorporated in 1867 and is within the Town of Randolph. Randolph borders the Village of East Randolph.
The village is at the junction of Routes 241 and 394.

Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 1,316 people, 550 households, and 343 families residing in the village. The population density is 156.3/km² (404.9/mi²). There are 590 housing units at an average density of 70.1/km² (181.5/mi²). The racial makeup of the village is 98.48% White, 0.15% Black or African American, 0.38% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.08% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.91% from two or more races. 0.08% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 550 households out of which 28.0% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 47.5% are married couples living together, 12.2% have a female householder with no husband present, and 37.6% are non-families. 32.9% of all households are made up of individuals and 16.0% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.37 and the average family size is 3.00.
