Qiryat Haim

Qiryat Haim is one of five towns of the HaQrayot in an urban area in Israel, part of a conglomeration of five smaller towns located about 30km north of Haifa in the Haifa District, which as of 2003 contains:
- Qiryat Yam 38,000 people.
- Qiryat Motzkin 46,000 people.
- Qiryat Bialik 54,000 people.
- Qiryat Atta 60,000 people.
- Qiryat Haim 40,000 people.
Many arrived after 1990, following the large aliyah from the collapsing Soviet Union.
Qiryat Haim lies on the shore of the Mediterranean Sea.
Qiryat Haim is within the municipal borders of the city of Haifa.
