Project Gotham Racing 2 (PGR2 for short) is a video game and the 2003 sequel to Project Gotham Racing. Developed by Bizarre Creations and published by Microsoft it was an exclusive title for Microsoft's Xbox game console.

PGR2 differs from most racing games in that winning a race doesn't mean the player advances to the next round, instead advancement in PGR2 was down to a combination of being fast enough to meet the challenge set, and scoring enough Kudos points to advance. Kudos points are gained through the player's driving skills, such as power sliding around a corner at speed, or overtaking other NPCs in the race. The Kudos system, challenges set, available cars and the tracks around which you race were expanded greatly from the original.

PGR2 supports Xbox Live and allows you to race against other people all around the world.
