The Mid-South Conference (or MSC) is an athletic conference affilated with the NAIA. Member institutions are located in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia.

Sports
MSC schools compete in men's baseball, men’s and women’s basketball, cheerleading, men’s and women’s cross country, men’s and women’s golf, men's football, men’s and women’s soccer, women's softball, men’s and women’s tennis, and women's volleyball.
