Ludlow is a city located in Kenton County, Kentucky. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 4,409. Ludlow is a suburb of Covington, Kentucky, and Cincinnati, Ohio, located on the Ohio River. It received its greatest period of early growth as a rail station.

The average household size is 2.54 and the average family size is 3.18.
