- Highway 405 - QEW north of Niagara Falls to United States border at Queenston
- Highway 406 - from Beaverdams Rd. in Thorold to QEW in St. Catharines only
- Highway 407 - Burlington to Pickering
- Highway 409 - Toronto/Lester B. Pearson International Airport to 401 in Toronto
- Highway 410 - Mississauga to Brampton
- Highway 416 - Johnstown to Ottawa
- Highway 417 - Arnprior to Quebec border near Pointe-Fortune
- Highway 420 - from QEW in Niagara Falls to Stanley Ave. in Niagara Falls
- Highway 427 - QEW in Toronto to Vaughan
- Queen Elizabeth Way (Highway 451) - United States border at Fort Erie to 427 in Toronto

- Highway 8 - from Conestoga Parkway to Highway 401 in Kitchener. Originally known as the Freeport Diversion.
- Highway 11 - freeway portion exists in various segments: 400 at Barrie to Penetanguishene Rd.; Line 15 North to Carlyon Line (Orillia bypass); Simcoe County 109 at Washago to Southwood Rd. at Severn Bridge; Hewitt St. at Gravenhurst to Kirk Line at Bracebridge; Main St. in Huntsville to Station Rd. in Scotia; Highway 522 to Highway 522 B (Trout Creek bypass); Highway 654 at Callander to Highway 17 in North Bay
