Jorge Montt Álvarez (April 26, 1847 - 1922) was vice-admiral of the Chilean navy and president of Chile from 1891 to 1896. He led a civil war against President José Manuel Balmaceda to become provisional leader and eventually president. He was a relative of previous Chilean president Manuel Montt, and future president Pedro Montt.
