Holmesglen is a railway station (station code: HOL) in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It is located on the Glen Waverley line, at Warrigal Road in the suburb of Malvern East. Although technically located in Malvern East, many locals consider it to be located in Chadstone, due to its proximity to the shopping centre and gradual shifting of suburban zones. It is 14.4 km from Flinders Street Station, the center of the city's suburban railway network, and in the overlap between Metcard ticketing Zones 1 and 2.
Holmesglen is a "host" station, meaning that it is only staffed during peak hours.
It is situated adjacent to Holmesglen TAFE, in a small shopping precinct which includes the Matthew Flinders Hotel. The station is serviced by the 700 (Box Hill-Mordialloc) and 624 (Oakleigh-Chadstone-Kew) bus lines.
