Hadsel is a municipality in the county of Nordland, Norway. It is the southernmost municipality in the Vesterålen region.
The municipality is spread over four islands, Hadseløya, Hinnøya, Langøya (lit. The Long Island) and Austvågøy. About 70% of the population live on the Hadsel island. The Hadsel island is connected to Langøya with a bridge. There's also a small airport, Skagen airport, which is the most-used small aircrafts airport in Norway, serving 100,000 passengers annually (1997).
The administrative centre of Hadsel is Stokmarknes, one of two towns on the Hadsel island, the other being Melbu.
