Guadalupe is a town located in Maricopa County, Arizona. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 5,228. The town is nestled between Phoenix and Tempe. It is the "Little Mexico" to the Valley of the Sun and there are many religious festivals there.

Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 5,228 people, 1,110 households, and 961 families residing in the town. The population density is 2,621.5/km² (6,813.9/mi²). There are 1,184 housing units at an average density of 593.7/km² (1,543.2/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 17.46% White, 1.07% Black or African American, 44.19% Native American, 0.13% Asian, 0.21% Pacific Islander, 31.22% from other races, and 5.72% from two or more races. 72.34% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 1,110 households out of which 44.0% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 49.0% are married couples living together, 27.3% have a female householder with no husband present, and 13.4% are non-families. 9.5% of all households are made up of individuals and 3.8% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 4.70 and the average family size is 4.88.
In the town the population is spread out with 37.2% under the age of 18, 12.5% from 18 to 24, 27.4% from 25 to 44, 16.1% from 45 to 64, and 6.8% who are 65 years of age or older.
