Glenferrie is a railway station (station code: GFE) in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It is located on the Lilydale, Belgrave, and Alamein lines, at Glenferrie Road and Railway Arcade in the suburb of Hawthorn. It is 6.9 km from Flinders Street Station, the center of the city's suburban railway network, and in Metcard ticketing Zone 1.
Glenferrie is a "premium" station, meaning that it is staffed from first to last train, and has extra customer services available.
The station provides direct access to Swinburne University of Technology's Glenferrie campus.
The current station was constructed in 1916, following the raising of the railway line over Glenferrie Road to remove a gradient which prevented a full length train from climbing into Camberwell. It is virtually identical to the neighbouring Auburn station built the same year to raise the line above Auburn Road. Both stations are listed on the Victorian Heritage Register.
