FC Dallas is a Major League Soccer (MLS) franchise currently based in Dallas, Texas. They were known as the Dallas Burn from 1996 to 2004. Starting in August 2005, they plan to move to soccer-specific Pizza Hut Park in the northern suburb of Frisco. Until then, they will play their home games at the Cotton Bowl, where they have played since their inception except in 2003, which they spent at Dragon Stadium in Southlake.
