Discworld is a graphical adventure game developed by Teeny Weeny Games and Perfect 10 Productions in mid 1995. It features Rincewind the Wizard (voiced by Eric Idle) and is set in Terry Pratchett's Discworld. It was released on both floppy disk and CD with the CD version having the benefit of full prerecorded voiceovers and sound effects. The games plot is roughly based on the events in the book Guards! Guards!, with Rincewind substituting for the novels main character.
There are three other Discworld games: A direct sequel to the original titled Discworld II: Missing Presumed...!? (Discworld II: Mortality Bytes! in America), Discworld Noir — which is a stand alone story with an original character, and a text adventure called The Colour of Magic which strictly adheres to the events of the Discworld series first book of the same name.
