Cross Village Township is a township located in Emmet County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2000 census, the township had a total population of 294.

- Cross Village is an unincorporated community in the township on a rise overlooking Lake Michigan at Template:Coor dms. Michigan State Highway 119 has its northern terminus here, with Petoskey about 34 miles to the south along the Lake Michigan shore.
Geography
According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 26.5 km² (10.2 mi²). 26.0 km² (10.0 mi²) of it is land and 0.5 km² (0.2 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 2.05% water.
Demographics
As of the census2 of 2000, there are 294 people, 132 households, and 86 families residing in the township. The population density is 11.3/km² (29.3/mi²). There are 280 housing units at an average density of 10.8/km² (27.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the township is 84.69% White, 0.00% African American, 8.84% Native American, 1.02% Asian, 0.68% Pacific Islander, 0.34% from other races, and 4.42% from two or more races. 1.02% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 132 households out of which 15.2% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 56.8% are married couples living together, 5.3% have a female householder with no husband present, and 34.1% are non-families. 28.0% of all households are made up of individuals and 11.4% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.20 and the average family size is 2.67.
