Connellsville Township is a township located in Fayette County, Pennsylvania. As of the 2000 census, the township had a total population of 2,483.
Geography
According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 28.0 km² (10.8 mi²). 27.7 km² (10.7 mi²) of it is land and 0.4 km² (0.2 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 1.38% water.
Demographics
As of the census2 of 2000, there are 2,483 people, 1,032 households, and 725 families residing in the township. The population density is 89.8/km² (232.5/mi²).
