Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 787 people, 283 households, and 232 families residing in the CDP. The population density is 11.6/km² (30.2/mi²). There are 319 housing units at an average density of 4.7/km² (12.2/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP is 59.47% White, 0.13% African American, 25.41% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.13% Pacific Islander, 1.14% from other races, and 13.72% from two or more races. 2.54% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 283 households out of which 36.7% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 69.6% are married couples living together, 9.5% have a female householder with no husband present, and 17.7% are non-families. 15.5% of all households are made up of individuals and 7.1% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.78 and the average family size is 3.10.
