A.G. Weser was a shipyard on the Weser River in Bremen, Germany. Founded November 8, 1843, A.G. Weser played significant parts in both World Wars and remained in operation until December 31, 1983, when it succumbed to the delayed effects of the oil crisis.
During World War I, A.G. Weser launched 96 U-boats.
During World War II, producing U-boats for the German Kriegsmarine. From February 14, 1936, to March 1, 1945, AG Weser launched a total of 162 U-boats.
