Yesha (ישע) is a Hebrew acronym for Judea, Samaria, and Gaza (West Bank and Gaza Strip), areas Israel gained control over in the Six-Day War of June 1967.
The Yesha Council is an organization that oversees the immigration of Jews to these territories.
