Yellow grease

Yellow grease is a term fron the rendering industry. It usually means used frying oils from restaurants. It can also mean lower grades of tallow.
When discussing biodiesel, WVO (Waste Vegatable Oil) is usually used to designate this source of feedstock. It is what makes biodiesel "smell like french fries".
