Wyandotte is a town located in Ottawa County, Oklahoma. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 363.
The town is the tribal headquarters of the Wyandotte Nation of Oklahoma.

Wyandotte is located at 36°47'41" North, 94°43'25" West (36.794770, -94.723488)Template:GR.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.3 km² (0.5 mi²). 1.3 km² (0.5 mi²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.
Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 363 people, 128 households, and 93 families residing in the town. The population density is 286.0/km² (739.6/mi²). There are 148 housing units at an average density of 116.6/km² (301.5/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 63.36% White, 0.00% African American, 29.75% Native American, 0.28% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 1.10% from other races, and 5.51% from two or more races. 2.20% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 128 households out of which 39.8% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.1% are married couples living together, 12.5% have a female householder with no husband present, and 27.3% are non-families. 25.0% of all households are made up of individuals and 17.2% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.84 and the average family size is 3.39.
In the town the population is spread out with 35.5% under the age of 18, 5.2% from 18 to 24, 24.8% from 25 to 44, 20.7% from 45 to 64, and 13.8% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 32 years. For every 100 females there are 90.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 87.2 males.
