WordWeb

WordWeb is an international English dictionary and thesaurus program for Microsoft Windows computers that is also available online.
Unlike similar programs where the dictionary and thesaurus are separate programs, the thesaurus is integrated into the dictionary. Also unlike most thesaurus programs, instead of just showing synonyms and related words, the program shows a more detailed categorization of the relationship between the words. The program shows synonyms, antonyms, types (e.g. flower has daisy as one of its types), type of (e.g. a comedy is a type of play), parts (e.g. tree is one of the parts of a forest), part of (e.g. bumper is a part of a car), and similar (e.g. big is similar to huge).
The program is available in both the freeware WordWeb version and WordWeb Pro version. It is based on the database from the WordNet project at Princeton University.
