Without You
|
"Without You" is the title of a song originally performed by Badfinger, which went on to be a hit after being reproduced by Harry Nilsson in 1971 and yet again when Mariah Carey released her version of the song in 1994. The band Air Supply, the rock band Heart in 1978, as well as Shirley Bassey, have also recorded versions of this song.
The song was written by Peter Ham and Tom Evans.
The lyrics followed:
Well I can't forget this evening and your face when you were leaving But I guess that's just the way the story goes You always smile but in your eyes your sorrow shows Yes it shows. Well I can't forget tomorrow when I think of all my sorrow I had you there, then I let you go And now it's only fair that I should let you know What you should know I can't live, if living is without you I can't live, I can't give anymore I can't live, if living is without you I can't live, I can't give anymore Well I can't forget this evening and your face when you were leaving But I guess that's just the way the story goes You always smile but in your eyes your sorrow shows Yes it shows. {guitar solo} I can't live, if living is without you I can't live, I can't give anymore I can't live, if living is without you I can't live, I can't give anymore I can't live, if living is without you I can't live, I can't give anymore I can't live, if living is without you I can't live, I can't give anymore I can't live, if living is without you I can't live, I can't give anymore I can't live, if living is without you I can't live, I can't give anymore
