Wilber

Wilber is the official mascot of the GIMP, a free bitmap graphics editor.
Wilber was created on September 25, 1997, by Tuomas Kuosmanen, known as tigert, with the GIMP. He received additional accessories from other GIMP developers, which can be found in the Wilber Construction Kit, included in the GIMP source code as /docs/Wilber_Construction_Kit.xcf.gz
