Who Do You Think You Are is a pop song whose music video was produced to co-incide with Comic Relief 1997, a six-minute video version starring Dawn French and the Sugar Lumps (French and Saunders, Lulu, Llewella Gideon and Kathy Burke), which is a comedy send-up of the Spice Girls who performed as a quintet before linking up with the real Spice Girls to perform the latter's Comic Relief charity hit 'Who Do You Think You Are'.

"Who Do You Think You Are" became the official comic relief song of 1997, and of course with the Spice Girls' massive popularity and their debut album Spice selling by the bucketload, "Who Do You Think You Are" and the B-side, "Mama", was set to be a huge hit. Charities benefited greatly from the 672,577 copies sold. The song topped the UK charts for three weeks, making the Spice Girls the first ever act in UK Chart history to have their first 4 singles make number one. The song was never released officially in the US, because the American market is slower moving than most others and "2 Become 1" was still popular there, however due to high popularity and demand, the song was constantly played on radio and television.
