Whiterocks is a census-designated place located in Uintah County, Utah. As of the 2000 census, the CDP had a total population of 341, a slight increase over the 1990 population of 312.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 6.1 km² (2.3 mi²). 6.1 km² (2.3 mi²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.
Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 341 people, 92 households, and 78 families residing in the CDP. The population density is 56.0/km² (145.1/mi²). There are 96 housing units at an average density of 15.8/km² (40.8/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP is 5.57% White, 0.00% African American, 93.84% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.59% from two or more races. 0.88% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 92 households out of which 47.8% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 31.5% are married couples living together, 47.8% have a female householder with no husband present, and 15.2% are non-families. 10.9% of all households are made up of individuals and 1.1% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 3.71 and the average family size is 4.03.
