Weston is a city located in Collin County, Texas. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 635.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 12.0 km² (4.6 mi²). 12.0 km² (4.6 mi²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.
Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 635 people, 235 households, and 204 families residing in the city. The population density is 52.8/km² (136.9/mi²). There are 249 housing units at an average density of 20.7/km² (53.7/mi²). The racial makeup of the city is 97.17% White, 0.16% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.31% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 2.05% from other races, and 0.31% from two or more races. 4.41% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 235 households out of which 32.8% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 79.1% are married couples living together, 6.0% have a female householder with no husband present, and 12.8% are non-families. 11.5% of all households are made up of individuals and 3.4% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.70 and the average family size is 2.92.
