Westfield is a village located in Marquette County, Wisconsin. As of the 2000 census, the village had a total population of 1,217. The village is located mostly within the Town of Westfield. A small portion extends east into the adjacent Town of Harris.

There are 553 housing units at an average density of 150.4/km² (390.4/mi²). The racial makeup of the village is 97.45% White, 0.16% Black or African American, 0.41% Native American, 0.25% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.08% from other races, and 1.64% from two or more races. 3.53% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 504 households out of which 34.5% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 46.6% are married couples living together, 13.3% have a female householder with no husband present, and 35.5% are non-families. 32.1% of all households are made up of individuals and 18.3% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.38 and the average family size is 2.96.
