Walden is a town located in Jackson County, Colorado. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 734. It is the county seat of Jackson CountyTemplate:GR.

The racial makeup of the town is 96.32% White, 0.14% African American, 1.36% Native American, 0.14% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.82% from other races, and 1.23% from two or more races. 6.95% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
