WHIZ are the call letters used by four stations in Zanesville, Ohio that are owned by the WHIZ Media Group. There is also a fictional radio station by the name WHIZ.

Radio
The WHIZ Media Group owns two radio stations: WHIZ AM and WHIZ-FM.
WHIZ AM broadcast at 1240 kHz and is a full-service station. WHIZ-FM broadcast at 102.5 Mhz and plays Adult contemporary music. The station calls itself "Z102".
Television
WHIZ is the call letters for two television stations serving Southeastern Ohio. WHIZ-TV, channel 18, is the NBC affiliate which currently broadcast in stereo. The station began operating in 1953.
WHIZ-DT, channel 40, is a high-definition digital television channel also affiliated with NBC. WHIZ-DT began operating in 2003.
Fictional
WHIZ is the name of the fictional radio station that Billy Batson, who is also the superhero Captain Marvel, works for. This version of WHIZ, named after Captain Marvel's original magazine of publicaton, Whiz Comics, is located in fictional Fawcett City, and is managed by Billy's boss, Sterling Morris.
