Blocks of NTL proxies
You blocked the IP 62.252.128.25 for vandalism, and got a query from User:Doc Glasgow about the block. He just emailed me.
The trouble is that's an NTL proxy. NTL are one of the really huge broadband providers in the UK. They route everything through huge county-wide proxies, for several hundred thousand customers at a time. So all edits show as coming from one of those proxies. So no NTL proxy should be blocked for more than a very short time (15-60 mins), because there's a lot of collateral damage.
